All of our packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, which typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please let us know. As a food product, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, we want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our company and will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
